| M.V Silver Star dyr docking at Nantong COSCO yard, Our engineer onboard take the hatch cover supervise job .She is a folding-type with 5 hatch cover more than 20 years. The hatch cover with a searious leaking promblem and weak & worn out spares. We carry out below job. |
| 1. Hatch cover service engine onboard suvervise the yard's work. |
| 2. Engineer full inspect the hatch cover and submit the service report. |
| 3. Prepare the hatch cover spares in advanced and delivery to the yard. |
| 4. Take out the hydraulic cylinder to our workshop and chromeplate . |
| 5. Service team overhaul the ship winch onboard. |
| 6. Renew the hatch pannel ,rubber packing and rubber channel, seal kits of hydraluic cylinder ,etc |
| 7. Adjust the hatch cover and Hose tst at last. |
